Get help

Contact Glazer Dynamics through the contact options at glazerdynamics.com. When asking for technical help, include the app version, phone and operating system, instrument and firmware version, and what happened. Do not send passwords, API keys, device tokens, or sensitive cave data.

Account and data requests

Use the same contact route to request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your CaveDevil account and uploaded data. State the account email and the request. We may verify identity before disclosing or deleting data. We will confirm the outcome or explain information that must be retained for legal, security, or financial-record reasons.

Deleting the mobile app removes its local container under normal iOS and Android uninstall behaviour. Individual surveys can be deleted from the app's survey list. Settings → Unlink device removes the credential from the phone but does not delete uploaded surveys or the web account.
